SATTVA YOGA studio is an exclusive center for authentic yogic learning, classes are regularly held for yog asana, pranayam, meditation, and yogic philosophy, vedic mantras. The studio maintains very high standard of quality yoga sessions. Individual attention, hygiene, a calm and divine milieu are the usp of this place. Equal emphasis are given on physical fitness and mental calmness in each classes. Yogic breathing techniques that is at the core of yoga is taught with immense care to every student;other than yoga asana, emphasis is given in the proper learning of pranayam and the theoretical and practical knowledge on each aspect of yoga. Meditation classes are held by eminent teachers. Meditation , mind management classes are also held , where students are taught to do Swadhaya ( self enquiry).Seva is another important aspect of this studio. The advanced students are introduced to the importance of seva ( selfless service for mankind) treatment of epilepsy patients, Blind children, education and food for Orphan children, free yoga classes for the underprivileged are also arranged.
