I have done my Masters in organic chemistry. I worked as a PGT chemistry for 1 year in Krishnamurty Foundation of India (Rajghat Besant School) which is very renowned school in India with all over branches in India and abroad. After that I joined National Institute of Immunology, New Delhi in a DST sponsored project. My work was mainly focused on carbohydrate Chemistry there. From there I joined Bose Institute, Kolkata in a Ph.D programme in natural product synthesis. After doing my research for 1.5 years, I could not pursue it any further due to some personal reasons and I had to leave my research in between. I have joined TCG Life Sciences in 2004 then called Chembiotek. Currently I am working here as a Team Lead. I am associated with this CRO from last 17 years and involved in R&D of major leading pharma companies through out the globe. I have worked with them under various programs and now leading a team of 17 people. I have great managerial capabilities and have been able to deliver most the projects successfully on time with high quality. I have visited UK and Germany in the year 2019 for business development purposes.
