For beginners, it is essential to learn the instrument properly so you can buy any guitar according to your budget. In my opinion, within 4000 you will get a good guitar for practice which is more than enough. Go to a local musical instrument shop with a person who knows guitar playing and price details well. Practice every day, which is the primary point.
