Ritika B.

I am glad to introduce myself as Ms. Ritika Bera. I hail from Kolkata, also known as City of Joy in India.
I was interested in biology and chemistry from the early stages of my academic journey. I took up science as the core subject, which led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. Throughout my undergraduate studies at Dayananda Sagar University, I acquired pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and medication management knowledge.
I have experience as an intern at Sagar Hospital, where I was mainly involved in the monitored ordering of stock to maintain Inventory and low overhead, liaised with prescribes to verify drug orders and address concerns about the patient’s disease state and medical history and systematically verify both Patient and Billing information to identify and resolve issues.
I was also a part of IQVIA, where I joined as an intern and became a full-time client support team employee. I mainly dealt with clients from pharmaceutical companies by providing them with solutions to their requirements.
