Aside from that, I can guide children in developing communication skills ( I authored many technical papers and presented at national and international forums, gave presentations to high officials including ministers, steel secretaries etc). Even though I have never formally acted as a teacher, I mentor engineers nowadays. Moreover, students on industrial training /summer training are also being trained in my current role as a mentor. Because of my enriching and range experience, I teach differently addressing fundamental issues with an integrative approach.
