I have been teaching for almost 2 years now on indian vocal music & music theory, rabindra sangeet,folk music, popular bengali songs to private students. The most important thing about teaching is spreading whatever knowledge you have among a bigger circle. And by this we only get richer in experience by sharing and also learning from others. Also there is a great satisfaction when I see students get a new thing to know on music and share their joy with me and its an immense pleasure. I try to teach by coming down at each and everyone’s level of mind and first try to understand that student as a person and then try to deliver the knowledge I have very passionately and with extreme patience. My skills and strength in teaching would be extreme patience, care and joy of letting know others the little piece of knowledge I possess other than the technical strength in music. Working as a vocal trainer to teach indian vocal music & music theory, rabindra sangeet,folk music, popular bengali songs to private students and helping them to prepare for different music examinations. An energetic performer in live gigs and concerts. Performed in places like tapan theatre, niranjan sadan,chattagram parishad, rabindra bharati seminars etc. Playback choir singer for the rabindra sangeet audio album ‘sraboner gaan’ under the direction of sraboni sen from bhavna records.
