My name is Pragya Ajmera, I am a trained classical/traditional Hatha Yoga teacher, having completed my P.G.Diploma in Yoga Education from Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute (Lonavala), in 2023-24. I am also currently working as an assistant Yoga teacher at the S.A.D.T Gupta Yogic hospital & health care centre in Kaivalyadhama itself, where I am learning various skills related to teaching Yoga from a therapeutic point of view. Additionally, I have also completed a 200 hour TTC in Ashtanga Yoga from the Association of Yoga and Meditation (Goa) in 2022, and started teaching Asana & Pranayama as a freelancer in Kolkata, from where I belong.

I have had the opportunity to develop my communication and interpersonal skills while working in the field of Yoga, and an ability to connect with people on an emotional level, leading people towards physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being through Yoga abhyasa.
