To enhance your skills you need to extend it by acquiring model-based development skills. This includes Entity Framework along with LINQ. An added advantage would be to learn how AJAX technologies use script managers to add scripts like bootstrap and other NUGet packages. After it you can start developing the skills required for localization and personalization of information by capturing the Identity. Later you could also graduate to cloud.  

Well you have to release that you have your experience in the Microsoft platform. One way to develop your skills is concentrating on your platform i. e. Enhancing your skills on the Microsoft platform things like cloud computing or big data analysis I do not know  what is your background but statisticlet skills are required now skills are multidimensional concentrate on one area and develop it

For IT you need to remember that you need to update your technical skills continously. I do not know if you have a technical background, seeing you are and MBA, but being a recruiter, and supposedly having exposure to various requirements organizations have, I suggest you go for support services like content writing. If you do have some technical skills, join an institute for cloud competing in various platforms (you would need to have programming skills) or mobile apps development. You need to remember that even if you join an institute, you styill have to do self learning to refining your skills (institues do not train to be job ready).
