Swami vivekananda once said as a teacher now a days better be called as mentors should only bring out the potentialities already within a child.Everythng is within the child u just need to nurture the possibilites n drag those out.Me as a mentor should give proper help and assistance to see the child perform as per his or her capability.In my 12 years of teaching career it was more of gaining knowledge and learning new things.This proffession has given me ample scopes to become an enriched personality.I became mother, friend,guide and above all a great sheiter for my children.Only one thing i need to add to this is TEACHERS ARE BORN NOT MADE.Thank you.
