Mothers Mission School

Mothers Mission School is presently managed and run by Mother Welfare Society (MWS) under the overall supervision of a Board of Trustees.To help a student to become mature, judicious, selflessly encouraging to be a civic citizen with a good academic foundation to face the baffling circumstances of life, our sole objective is to encourage and support children to learn more by observation, perception and experience.



2009

Our School student Saunak Sengupta , 2nd prize winner in 'Poster Design' among the Champion of Champions in the TTIS Carnival Fest, 2009 conducted at Swabhumi.


2010

Nisi Mahalasmi Iyer ,class VIII , Winner Chess Championship Trophy from world NO 1 chess player Mr. Biswanathan Anand organised by NIIT.

Our School student Anirban Chatterjee , 2nd prize winner in 'Three Minutes To fame ' among the Champion of Champions in the TTIS Carnival Fest, 2010 conducted at Swabhumi.

Adequate opportunities are provided to the students to develop healthy spirit of sportsmanship and championship which will enable them to further develop physically, aesthetically and morally. House system exists to encourage them for healthy competitions. At present there are four houses. They are :

(1) Teresa House (2) Mary House (3) Josheph House (4) Flowrence House

Celebration of important days like Rabindra jayanti, Independence day, Teacher's Day, Children's Day, Christmas, Republic Day etc.

Friday Activities Quiz, Debate, Singing, Dancing, Painting, Craft, etc.

Annual Function, Sports, Exhibition, Cultural Programme, Visit to orphanage and oldage homes and donate as per programme.

Inter School Fest for junior and senior section.

Environmental Projects, Organizing workshop and Interactive sessions for Teachers as well as students.

Friday Club includes Art and Craft, Eastern and Western dance, Singing, Craft, Yoga, Karate, Synthesizer, Guitar etc.

2011

Karate prize winner in National level competition

Prize winner in debate competition organised by Kolkata Police.

PARENTS WHO WOULD LIKE TO ADMIT THEIR WARDS TO CLASS NURSERY - I OF THE SESSION 2014-2015, PLEASE APPLY TO THE PRINCIPAL AS PER THE GIVEN PROFORMA

Documents Required : Xerox copy of Birth Certificate issued by State/Central Govt.
or any such authorized body,4 copies recent photo , Marksheet and Transfer Certificate of previous class.

ELIGIBILITY

AGE: 2 yrs 11 months to 3 yrs 9 months as on 01.04.2014.

Age Group : Toddlers-2+, Nursery-3+, LKG-4+, UKG-5+, Class I - 6+\


The child must be healthy, having the right height & weight, and should know the
following.

a. To say his / her Name, the Name of his / her Parents.


b. To identify some common day – to – day objects & respond to General Questions.

c. One / two Nursery rhymes in English & in Bengali / Hindi.

Children who know to read /write the Alphabet are not eligible for Nursery .Donations are not accepted.

Influential sources are not desired. The decision of the Selection Committee is deemed right and final.

Applications which are not endorsed / complete / correct /legible and which do not have the requisite documents will be treated as cancelled.
