After completing my masters in human resource management from Symbiosis Center for Distance learning, I spent 17 years working with various organizations, learning people skills and implementing what I have learnt in my management studies. My stint as an HR Head for more than 8 years with a Manpower Service company has given me a vast insight into skill requirements of individuals to work effectively. My knowledge, experience and skills acquired have driven me towards a passion for training and helping people transform.
