IdentityI have done M.sc in Zoology, with Parasitology and Immunology as specialization. Now, I work as a Senior Researcher at CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Biology, Infectious Diseases and Immunology Division, Virus Research Laboratory. My research is on Dengue virus-mediated pathogenesis. I also work on the molecular diagnostic of SARS-CoV-2. Molecular understanding of host-parasite interaction is an ongoing project where I am involved.
I emphasise the fundamental understanding of the particular topic. Usually, I like to lecture on the topic, followed by doubt clearing. Regarding problems, I think students should be able to solve them after a detailed discussion on the topic. If there are still problems, I hope a doubt-clearing class should help.
