Keep in mid that the distinction between configurational and conformational isomers is artificial, i.e. it arises from the limitations of our notation rather than from the actual molecules. Homomers These are identical molecules - same composition, constitution, configuration, and conformation. Therefore we don't need the term "homomers" at all. Indeed, we are the only ones to use it. Enantiomers Enantiomers have a very special relation between their structures - they are mirror images of one another.
