Experienced litigant with a history of working as teaching assistant for over three years. Skilled in public international law(theories, united nations, regional organisations, dispute settlement mechanisms,law of the seas, international criminal law) private international law (lex loci, lex specialis, marriage) family law(hindu, muslim, christian parsi) marriage and divorce laws, jurisprudence(different schools of thought, right, duties, liability, obligation, possession, ownership), tort law, property laws, environmental law(environment related concepts). As a master's in human rights law student, and later as a practising litigant I have developed and tweaked my knowledge in international law and its applicability in domestic laws like contract law, constitutional law and I was an avid mooter and earned various accolades. I believe teaching is a mutually enriching process and must be a discussion rather than lecture. I appreciate students asking questions and always up for clearing doubts. I can also help in preparing moot court memorials and understanding the concepts beneath.
