IdentityWith three years of dedicated experience in yoga, I hold an MA in Yoga and an NIS yoga certification, which reflects my commitment to both the practice and teaching of yoga. My journey in this field has been enriched by my roles at various esteemed institutions, including West Bengal Club, East Bengal Club, and Bengal Association of Test, where I currently provide training.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of training numerous individuals in one-on-one sessions, tailoring my approach to meet their unique needs. My expertise has been recognized through notable achievements, such as securing 2nd position at the state level and 3rd position at the district level in archery competitions in 2016.
I offer yoga classes both online and offline, with each session lasting 1 hour. My teaching includes both practical and theoretical components to ensure a well-rounded understanding of yoga. Additionally, if needed, I provide personalized diet charts to support my clients' overall well-being and enhance their yoga practice.
By combining practical yoga techniques with theoretical knowledge and offering diet support, I aim to deliver a holistic and effective training experience that caters to the diverse needs of my clients.
