IdentityThe Academy aim is to help promote health, fitness and dance, together with helping students built confidence self esteem and their career prospects, with gaining knowledge about western contemporary & modern dances. The existing dance academy are so costly that is not possible for everybody to afford it. ARABESQUE is dedicate to teaching authentic western and modern dances at reasonable and affordable fees. ARABESQUE has dedicate professional choreographers on its roles.
Class Structure: All our classes start with a meditation , after meditation students star warm up. This includes basic footwork which they will need for rest of the class. After the completion of our warm up session, students are made to focus on mastering technique and only after that are they taught to utilize the technique in a dance combination that is the basis of the choreography they WORKSHOPS / CLASSES Each of our 4 divisions hold both regular classes & short workshops. Though we have many different classes, the format of all our classes remain the same.
REGULAR CLASSES AGE GROUPS: Classes are held for the following age groups.
Kids: Ages 3 years to 11 years. Seniors: Ages 12 years upwards. Duration: Each of our classes are 1.30 hours in duration. In special cases duration of the classes can also be extended and usually 1 such classes are held each week for each of the age groups. Timings: Our classes are held usually in the evenings between Mon To Tue Thu To Sun. Levels: Basic, intermediate and advanced. Each level takes usually 1 year to complete.
