He has a very good knowledge of the human body composition and the things that work for different body types. He’s also very proactive about the daily tasks and nutrition except the usual workout and pushes you each day to achieve them. One of the best things about him is that he’s very punctual, never misses the classes and pushes you for the same, and even if you do miss for whatsoever reason he tries to accommodate and complete the classes. Overall, it was a very great training experience. "
