Java Full-Stack: So Full-Stack consists of two-part, Front-End and Back-end. Now you have two options to choose different tools and technologies and to develop both front-end and backend.
Coming to your question Java Full-stack is both front-end and backend are in Java. I mean, we will be using Java tools and technologies to develop the Project.
Angular-Java: This is a combined form of front and backend nowadays. Most backends are developed in Java Spring-Boot, and Front-end, instead of Java-JSP, people use Angular prevalent front-end technology.
So it mixes Java(Backend) and Angular(Front-End) for any project.
