~ Interned at Anubhav Positive Psychology Clinic, Kolkata, creating case-studies and assessing clients' mental health, shadowing a counsellor at the same
~ Headed a project, of which the goal was to create awareness about puberty at a rural village school in Bangalore, India
~ Team Lead of a student-lead initiative, Psychophilics, to create awareness about mental health
~ Attended a summer workshop on William Shakespeare, organised by British Council
~ Authored an e-book, Troupe, a short collection of poems
~ Currently pursuing a certification in Physical Fitness and Behaviour Change from American Center for Exercise (ACE), USA
~ Have gone from 105 kg to 70 kg in less than a year by Intermittent Fasting, rigorous exercise and diet
~ Have been working on increasing strength, muscle-building and weightlifting ever since
