"First of all they take admission by declaring the services as Zumba but once you pay you actually get enrolled for Bombay Jam. It’s their monopoly business and a money making fraudulent racket. Moreover initially they start with reels in between classes, mind it the class never begins on time and then after couple of weeks they end up taking you videos throughout the class even without your consent. When you raise your voice for this illegal act, you are being bashed, harassed, cornered, body shamed in between a running class that too by the instructor ( mind it you complained to the owner privately on the phone and the instructor starts humiliating you on the upcoming sessions). The instructor has the audacity to ask you to quit the class if you don’t reply to her WhatsApp. I don’t use WhatsApp during my office and hence I often fail to reply to the messages so I was told to clearly quit by the instructor in front of the owner. The owner is another gossiper keeping no clients secret and gossiping about the clients on their back. It’s an absolute uncultured behaviour and a very negative environment to be a part of. Being a victim of this institute I don’t want any one else to face the same problem which is likely to happen if you re outspoken or courageous. Please beware of such bittersweet fraudulent sin the town. They bring shame to the fitness industry. "
