I have experience of living and studying in various parts of India like Chennai, Mumbai and Kochi. I am currently working as a guest lecturer in St.Teresa's College, Ernakulam, Kochi. I have experience of two years. I also have a passion for classical dance and am training in Kathak for some time now. I am experienced in giving both offline and online classes. I take classes for around 30 students in college and also give personal tutoring to students who are weak in the subject. I have a Bachelors and Masters in Sociology. My key skills are MS Office, Excel, preparing Powerpoint presentations, online training, lesson planning, counselling, coaching, record management, multi-tasking, time-management, public speaking, research, creative writing, analytical skills, proficiency in oral and written communication, handling students with discipline. I have done internships in two NGOs -Salaam Balaak Trust and National Association for the Blind (NAB). At National Association for the Blind, I have worked in their various departments - audio-book reader, admin receptionist, providing assistance for rehabilitation for the blind, social service and so on. I have taught slum kids at Salaam Balaak Trust, Mumbai. I have also done a research dissertation on Anglo-Indians in Mumbai for 1 year.
