Fitness of a body is defined as a routine a person should undertake through a healthy lifestyle, proper sleep and reduced stress.
Fitness is not only about physical health; it is also about your mental condition. A person is capable of doing all his basic needs all by himself even at old age; this should be the result of any work out one does.
Always aim for the long term rather than only looking for muscle strength, body shaping etc.
