Leo Xavier

I started doing karate at the age of 7, under my father. I am currently a 4th degree Black Belt holder in Shorin-Ryu Seibukan style. I also started doing wrestling when I was in school and I am currently a senior national player. I started training children and adults in karate and wrestling when I was in college. I was a general trainer at a gym in 2016, before becoming a full time personal trainer in 2018. Currently I have more than 20 clients in and around Ernakulam, between the ages 10 and 73. I specialize in strength training, weight loss, functional training for sports, and physiotherapy. I also give diets to my clients, whether it is for weight loss or gain, or for health issues such as diabetes. I am also a part time blogger, and currently I am contributing sports stories to Newsclik.in. Thank you ans good luck.
