IdentityI have over six years of credentialed teaching experience covering standard I-V on all subjects. I have completed my B. Ed training from Sreenarayana Guru institution and then started teaching the students. However, before this, I also completed my M.B.A in H.R. but followed by my passion for teaching, I chose to be a tutor rather than an H.R.
I am very good with students. It is my pleasure to share with you that most of the parents have highly praised my teaching technique. I mostly show videos and pictures along with the lessons. This helps the students to learn the lesson easily. They become a lot more attentive while I use all these modern teaching techniques.
During my teaching experience, I have learned that dealing with children becomes easy if a teacher is friendly. It is why I try to understand their requirement first and then plan out my lesson accordingly. Students at this age are very tender, and a teacher should always deal with them carefully. I make it a point to talk to them in a friendly tone and never scold them.
While teaching, I find the gaps between teaching and learning. Once I get a good idea about it, I work upon it to fill those gaps. The teaching process, however, varies from one student to another. I try to segregate their requirements first and then take the necessary steps to fulfil them.
