Namaste,I am Anagha Pavanesh.I started learning Bharathanatyam from the age of 7 and continued my passion in that.completed my post graduation in Bharatanatyam from RLV college of Music and Fine Arts,Tripunithura. I'm following kalakshetra style.one hour class includes natyobics/body conditioning exercises, practical sessions,theory sessions .will provide both individual and group classes.online classes through zoom,google meet.will help our students in choreography,students not only learns dance practically but also theory along with makeup knowledge,choreographing and so on.A dancer needs to remember different movements,rhythm,music and expressions while performing,ultimately dance helps improving mental health,concentration and confidence.Improving mental health and developing cognitive abilities through dance is possible for people of all ages-children,adults and seniors.so,Lets gets dancing ..Looking forward to guide and facilitate enthusiastic and vibrant learners ..
