During my time at Archana college of nursing, i had the opportunity to teach Nursing foundation, Nursing administration, Research, Medical and surgical nursing to undergraduate nursing students. I used combination of lectures and pratical demonstrations- AV aids, case studies to improve the students understanding. I mainly focused on active learning more than passive learning. The major problem i faced was, making AV aids for eah topic. The experience strengthened my teaching skills and enhanced ability to mentor and guide students effectively.
