I have an MA (Pol. Sc., English, Economics, History), and an MBA. My professional qualification is Ba. Ed. from IGNOU and has also cleared CTET (Part I and Part II). I believe I am a strong teacher. I am still learning, however, I believe that I will only continue to become better with experience. I have around 22 years of total teaching experience (17 years in CBSE schools including 8 years in DPS as PGT Political Science taught Political Science & History in classes XI & XII for 4 years) and 5 years in ICSE School. I have experience being the School Academic Coordinator, Department HOD, In-charge (Exam Department, Time-Table and Provisional class arrangement) CBSE Board Class X evaluation AHE and CBSE Board Class X and XII observer and also well-trained in both curricular and co-curricular activities of the school. As an educator, I must make sure that every individual of my students can learn. I believe one of my biggest strengths is being able to do so. I adhere to all learning styles while teaching. I present my students with a wide variety of methods for solving problems while teaching. I think it’s important to be open-minded and teach my students that there is always more than one way to do things and learn. This allows me to fulfill my belief in diversity. I want each student to be able to understand and grasp concepts no matter who she/he is
