In this course we are basically going to learn about Diet and Fitness. I
feel without good diet and fitness we cannot be a good player.
We will have 2 classes per week, 8 classes per month and upto 24 classes all together within 3 months.
Diet Plans will be discussed with your guradians to have a good routine on it. Fitness includes exercise routines daily on the pitch / Turf we are practising. Trainings based on cardio as well as stretchings will also be done.
Students under age of 23 are wellcome, batches will be split according to age category.
Performance also will be a criteria for the same.
Students are required to:
1. Bring there on water bottles for non-dehydration purposes (250 - 500 ml)
2. Proper Turf Shoes (AG) for training.
3. Jersey / Athetic lesure wear is desirbale.
Have your things stored in a samll duffle bag if possible & pls. note that things brought to premises and its security will soley be under your own responsibility.
Pls. note: Gear is very important on the field. Students without gears will not be permitted in premises.
