I’m passionate about teaching and possess the proper knowledge to impart. I completed my MSc. and Masters in Social Work from Pondicherry University in 1995. I also pursued my B.Ed in Physical science from Annamalai University. I have more than twenty-five years of experience working in the collectorate office. I have been teaching students competitive exams for a long time now. I’m also a faculty in the Pondicherry government to conduct classes for economically backward students and students of rural areas for free. I was Awarded by the District administration Collectorate Karaikal for it.

I teach students preparing for various competitive exams, including IGDPS and SSC. My speciality lies in maths, numerical aptitudes, Physics and reasoning. I only take offline classes and in groups. I prefer offline mode primarily because the classes are more interactive. That way and students would pay more attention. I had conducted online courses during covid and later decided to stick to the offline mode. My approach to the subjects is unique, devising different and unique methods for my students to understand and learn the concepts, like teaching other ways to calculate simple interest and compound interests. My teaching journey started when I was posted as a faculty in government exams, and many students approached me, asking me to teach them.

Throughout the years, many of my students have successfully secured admirable and respected positions in government jobs. I often use whiteboards while explaining practical concepts, like in maths, to understand the students better. I have made about one hundred and thirty-four Powerpoint presentations on topics varying from the Polity, Biological sciences, Science and Technology, Current Affairs, Geography, Maths etc. I believe pictorial cues help students in efficient learning. I make separate Powerpoint presentations monthly for the current affair and provide updated versions to my students. I have various facilities offered by the government, like LCD projectors for conducting free and fair classes. Regular assignments are assigned after the completion of every topic. Tests are conducted periodically, based on the model of prelims or any exams students are preparing. I constantly change my approach and add course materials according to the needs of the students.
