My background is a blend of academic excellence and professional expertise in education and training. I began my academic journey with a strong foundation in science, completing my Matriculation and Intermediate from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, a premier educational institution. I then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in English Honors, which refined my linguistic and analytical abilities. To further enhance my skills and career prospects, I completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with specializations in Human Resources and Marketing from G.L. Bajaj Institute of Management and Research. Additionally, I became a Certified Soft Skills Trainer through a Train the Trainer certification, equipping me to facilitate impactful training sessions.

In my professional journey, I have gathered extensive experience in training and development. I worked as a Personality Development Coach at Officer Maker in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, for four years, where I focused on grooming and guiding individuals to achieve their professional goals. Later, I joined English Caffe in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, where I served as a Soft Skills and Voice & Accent Trainer. In this role, I helped learners enhance their communication skills, confidence, and employability.

Beyond my regular roles, I have had the privilege of delivering training sessions for students across diverse disciplines such as B.Tech., MBA, and Law at institutions like G.L. Bajaj Institute of Management and Research and the IIMT Group of Colleges. I have also conducted workshops and seminars in various educational institutions and organizations, empowering participants with essential life and career skills.
