IdentityI am btech from iit in 2011. Worked as software professional in ibm for two years but was not the job too much good. I tried teaching as a profession ,with fiitjee delhi and started enjoying my job. Now I dont take it as a profession ,but as a passion. I like to be with teenagers, to guide them for their careers . Later , I have been associated with pioneers in engineering entrance examination and medical entrance examinations preparing organisation like iitianspace mumbai.
I like guiding and motivating them to crack iitjee ,neet and even for graduation abroad. I have mentored students who are now studying in various iits , other engineering colleges,and medical colleges.
Since, I have been associated with these organizations, I feel there is a void between student and teacher in class room teaching. Being biased towards results, we are sometimes not able to focus on some deserving students. The student loses motivation and we loose a good student. Hence, I decided to do free lancing to cater to needs of such deserving students who feel left out in the crowd. This happens more in chemistry.
Due to less motivation, they dont find the subject interesting and their rank suffers. It has to be made very clear its a conpetitve exam with cut throat competition, hence we cannot neglect. Chemistry can help you score a good rank with less effort. I have done it and made people do it. It does creates a difference. You need is rchanneluse your efforts in right direction.
