I very strongly feel that most probably in case of Personality Development a role of a trainer is to get the priority alligned for an individual.So this programme works on the process of 3R ploicy that stands for Re-Visit Re-Prioritize & Re-vamp giving 1 month to each aspect of the 3R change.In our opinion a personality is a cummulative outcome of large set of variables, But The 3R focusses it's attention on managing the following aspects of the trainee personality:Â

- Sensitization on basic Public & Professional Etiquette.
- Making them aware of their own personality.
