I am an experienced physical fitness trainer. I have been working as a professional trainer for the past two years. I completed my graduation in Science. Besides, I did a Weight Management Nutrition certification course from ESA. I am currently pursuing a Certification course in Strength and Conditioning specialist.
Although I started training people just two years before, I am a seasoned fitness freak and a bodybuilding athlete. I excel in weight management, fitness and strength improving training. I train learners from every age group; there is no such specification. However, the exercises vary according to every individual's age and strength capability. To provide the best training, I thoroughly check the health. I also consider the student's adaptability as it helps me understand their energy level and toughness.
While training, I tend to focus on the functional part of Exercise. Integrating different components of the fitness regimens helps me better understand the student's capability. I provide various types of strength improvement and conditioning training, allowing the learners to heal their internal muscular pain. Students can also expect quality hypertrophy and circuit training from me, as I am pretty good at those.
I love keeping myself fit and active and thus suggest my students practise the exercises regularly.
