My mom too was a teacher and so I grew up observing children right from a young age. I started helping my mom initially when I was 10 years. Later I started liking people giving me respect by calling didi (elder sister). That gave me happiness and I started devoting my time to teach maths and science as my core subjects I used to be satisfied only when the students knew the concept and answer the questions. During the teaching process, I learnt that every child was unique and some learn fast, some slow. Patience and understanding was the key to success for slow learners. You have to get their interest into it and then they do wonders.
