I've been working as a Salesforce Administrator at Technical Hub for two years, and I'm certified in it. Besides tech stuff, I've been teaching for two years, both in person and online. Teaching is something I love — helping others understand things is a real passion of mine.
For the past two years, I've been immersed in the role of a Salesforce Administrator Trainer, guiding and empowering over 200 students. My focus has been on not just using Salesforce effectively but also on teaching others to do the same. I've tailored my training to make Salesforce concepts easy to understand, ensuring that each student gains practical skills in customization, user management, data integrity, and automation. Creating a dynamic learning environment, I've covered the ins and outs of reports, dashboards, and seamless integrations. The satisfaction of seeing my students grasp and apply Salesforce principles has been the most rewarding aspect of my journey.
