>Worked on GRC based engagement with AMP Australia client that required work on the Domain separation in GRC, Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management and reporting related to the modules.
> Have hands-on experience of Email Notifications, Inbound Email Action, Reports, Gauges, and Home pages, Business Rules, UI Policy, UI Actions, Events, Transform maps, Access controls, and Import sets.
> Knowledge of web services using SOAP and REST messages and migration of update sets between different environments of Service-Now.
> Worked on creation and customization of complex workflows, custom workflow activities, Transform maps and Data sources.
> Knowledge of working with different kind of scripts in ServiceNow like Client Script, Script Include, System processors, Transform scripts.
> Experience of handling Bug Fixes and Enhancement requests, Event and Triggers to manage business needs and handle background work.
> Complete knowledge of the SDLC and Story process to develop and deploy the code in development to production environments.
Interacting with functional owners on a day to day basis to understand the business requirements.
