IdentityI don't have Teaching experience in schools or colleges. But I have got Good training experience/exposure with respect to my previous work for 8 years (Software Development and Testing). I used to train all freshers in my team about project and technology. As a part of it, I have trained for about 20 people in that. I am confident in whatever training I conduct and train with commitment. People used to come on board very quickly and with 100% clarity on the subject.
I have got little experience in Soft skills training too.
I used to train people on different software technologies too apart from the project domain.
Most importantly, I can teach people with more practical perspective.
So, they will be more confident in what they learn and can easily get through the jobs.
