"Life is neither bliss nor suffering, it's what you make it".

The first time I read this quote, it struck me. I was unconsciously creating suffering for myself and people around me a lot. I was going through psychological issues like depression, heartbreak and insecurities. Life was seeming hard to live. I was never a believer of God, Universe or the creator. I didn't know what Yoga is and power it holds. But now it's a different story altogether. By the grace of God, I am able to create, live and be the life.

Because of Yoga and my guru I am dissolving my identities. I completed Yoga teacher's training from Iskcon Govardhan Eco Village and isha school of hatha.

Teaching Yoga is my way to serve humanity. I want to die while doing it. Yoga is not a philosophy or a belief it's very much a life process to change your way of being and experiencing the nature of this life.

These are just small benifits of yoga but not the main aim. The purpose of yoga is to realise WHO WE ARE AT THE DEEPEST LEVEL. Our true nature or the source from which alll the creation has come. It's now time for more concious, loving and inclusive world, let's make it happen together.
