Allow me to introduce myself as the founder of our esteemed institute, where we have been offering yoga classes since 2017. With a passion for health and wellness, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal well-being through the transformative practice of yoga. Over the past seven years, I have been on a mission to promote holistic health and fitness, empowering people to lead vibrant, medicine-free lives.

My journey into yoga began over 14 years ago, and since then, I have immersed myself in the study and practice of this ancient discipline. I am proud to hold an international certification as a yoga instructor through the USA Yoga Alliance, having completed rigorous 200-hour teacher training. My expertise extends to specialized areas such as pre and postnatal yoga, catering to the unique needs of mothers during and after pregnancy.

At our institute, I am the sole instructor, personally guiding students on their yoga journey. Through my personalized approach, I aim to tailor each session to the individual needs and goals of my students. Whether it's achieving body toning, weight loss, or overall fitness, I work closely with each individual to develop a customized practice that meets their specific objectives.

In addition to studio classes, I also offer home services, catering to clients who prefer the convenience and privacy of practicing yoga in their own space. Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving clients who have been with me for four to five years, witnessing their growth and transformation firsthand.

Furthermore, my expertise has been recognized by various schools, where I have been invited to conduct yoga sessions. On International Yoga Day, I have been honored with certifications from two prestigious institutes, further validating my dedication and commitment to spreading the benefits of yoga far and wide.

While I do not offer teacher training programs, I am passionate about providing personalized fitness classes that empower individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals. Whether online or offline, I am committed to conducting sessions that inspire, uplift, and promote holistic well-being.
