*Introduction:* I am Er. Gursimran Bakshi, an innovative and dedicated assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at Chandigarh University. With a strong passion for exploring the frontiers of technology and computing, I am committed to inspiring a new generation of computer scientists through dynamic teaching and cutting-edge research. *Education and Qualifications:* I obtained my M.Tech in Computer Science from Thapar University, where my research focused on Data Analytics. My academic journey has been marked by a deep understanding of Data analytics that converts raw data into actionable insights. It includes a range of tools, technologies, and processes used to find trends and solve problems by using data. Data analytics can shape business processes, improve decision-making, and foster business growth. *Teaching Experience:* Having taught various undergraduate and graduate courses such as C, C++, PYTHON, R, Data Structures, Database Management System, Algorithm Design, Software Engineering, I prioritize an interactive and hands-on approach to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills among my students. By incorporating real-world case studies and industry-relevant projects, I aim to equip my students with the practical knowledge and skills necessary for success in the rapidly evolving field of computer science. *Research Focus and Contributions:* My research revolves around solving complex data analysis problems. I have published extensively in renowned Scopus Indexed journals and have actively contributed to several interdisciplinary research projects, fostering collaborations with experts in fields of data analytics. *Professional Involvement and Service:* I actively participate in leading the examinations as Center of Superintendent. I have actively participated as a member of Board of Studies and also as Master Subject Coordinator. *Mentoring and Advising:* I am deeply committed to mentoring and advising students, guiding them in their research pursuits and career development. I have had the privilege of supervising several graduate students in their thesis projects and have actively supported their participation in prestigious conferences and research competitions, fostering a culture of academic excellence and innovation. Also, I have had the privilege of supervising a post-graduate student in her M.Tech thesis. *Future Aspirations:* Looking ahead, I am dedicated to advancing the boundaries of machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a focus on developing practical solutions to address complex societal challenges. I am committed to fostering interdisciplinary collaborations and leveraging my expertise to contribute to the development of transformative technologies that positively impact society and drive innovation in the field of computer science.
