Bank Probationary Officer (PO)
Probationary Officer (PO) is the entry level position in the officer cadre in banking industry.POs have a good career path in bank and can make to top position in the bank.
Recruitment of probationary officers in Banks is done through a written competitive exam (Bank PO exam ) followed by interview for successful candidates . Different banks advertise in leading newspapers from time to time for the said exam depending upon number of vacancies available for probationary officers. Each bank has a separate process of selection for the POs.
