What are special economic zones?

it is an area where special facilities and relieves are provided to the business entities. In this if business entity setup any business then he get special facilities and relieves from government. Is it also known as SEZ.

What are the reasons by which MNCs are set up in developing countries?

because in developing country market are not fully utilised by domestic company and developing country are cheaper for doing business then developed countries. More new opportunities are available in developing countries.
