I am working as a web designer and want to learn web development now. Please help me to decide which language is suitable to learn and use?

To start, please go with HTML, CSS and Javascript. These will be required to develop frontend of the website. Further you can go for PHP, ASP.NET for backend. I would recommend PHP because some of the frameworks are based on PHP like WordPress, Laraval, Shopify.
