With a strong foundation in Yoga and a Master’s degree in Yogic Science, I have been dedicated to teaching Hatha Yoga for the past two years. My focus has been on providing high-quality yoga instruction both online and offline, catering to diverse needs and preferences.

I have had the privilege of training a group of 150 students at IIS (Deemed to be University), where I have successfully integrated my expertise into their wellness programs. This experience has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of various yoga practices and their benefits.
