International Yogacharya Rajveer Singh Chouhan as being an owner of the institute has a goal to make everyone disease free and continuously moving with hard work and dedication to accomplish the mission. We treat severe diseases like Slip Disc, Sciatica, Back Pain, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Cervical Spondylosis, Depression, Diabetes, Asthma, Paralysis, Migraine, Stress, Knee Pain, Hip Joint Pain and a lot more diseases. Also, teaches Iyengar Yoga for maintaining good health. We also provide Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training Course.
We are proud to tell, we have treated 5000+ patients till date and has taught Therapeutic Iyengar Yoga to more than 10000s of students.
We are different from other yoga institutes as we make anyone do yoga with supports like bricks, stands, ropes, bolsters and much more, only to correct your body alignment and posture while practising asanas.
We are open for you 6 days in a week - Monday to Saturday (5:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM)
