"A good diet is always the one you enjoy" I like to help people gain the knowledge they need about diet and nutrition to help themselves and others, to follow a lifestyle and diet that they absolutely enjoy following. I'm not a big fan of overly strict diet and very restricted eating unless that is exactly what is necessary or what the person wants. In my course I'll cover everything from very basic to intermediate and a few advanced concepts of dieting and nutrition, everything you need to know to make your own diet plans and make a healthy change in your lifestyle!!

"A good diet is always the one you enjoy" Tired of strict diets with foods you don't really enjoy? I don't believe in overly restricted eating and very strict diets. I think, a good diet plan is one in which you're eating healthy while eating what you enjoy and one which includes your favourite dishes a couple of times a week at the least. I can guide you through the nutrition aspect of training, depending on your interests, likes and dislikes.

I started with staff spinning, then got into boxing and then MMA and now I focus on teaching the basics of everything I know and to build a strong foundation in fitness, martial arts and your general health. I also believe that sometimes, "The best defence is a good offence" so get ready to learn to throw some punches, strikes and kicks too!!
