I have developed two courses one for supporting children and another for grown ups to become proficient English users. In the first one, children aging between 8 to 15/16 and another course is meant for grown ups for 16 above in age. The participants' selection also depends on their background like whether they come from rural or urban locality. Their home background and parenting also matters and need to be catered accordingly. The course is developed keeping in mind the basic principles of language learning. It enhances on language skills through enhancing exposure to the language. The elements of interest and fun are kept in line to encourage and keep participants be motivated. At the stage one, they will be supported to give up hesitation and shyness and start to come up with English expressions. At the second stage, they will be supported on correct and accurate use of English language. By the end of the stage third, they are helped to be able to explain anything, give their opinion and at least make a comfortable start at participating in discussion (orally as well as written). But in case of children, they love to speak what they want to on something freely and independently orally as well as in writing. Both groups are helped to write coherently in different genres of writing.
