Yogesh Chandna

As someone who has always been passionate about education and helping others learn, I am proud to say that I have made a difference in countless students' lives over the years. I am an educator with diverse experience and expertise. My educational journey began when I earned my B. Ed in Special Education gave me a unique perspective on teaching and learning. From there, I pursued an MBA in marketing, an MPhil in management, and an MA in education. In addition to my work in Vedic mathematics, I am the founder and director of Gurusthanam - The Play School, which has been recognised with several awards for its innovative approach to early childhood education. As the Director of Vedic Mathematics at Madhav University, I have also joined Kathmandu University to provide certifications in Vedic math to students in Nepal.
Throughout my career, I have held various positions in education, including Deputy Director at the Karnataka State Government Open School for Community Colleges. In 1997, I started my own company providing web services, but my passion for teaching eventually led me to pursue a career in education. As an author, I have been recognised as one of the most viewed writers in the world, and I am honoured to have been nominated for the India Authors Awards 2021 in the category of Education and Training for my work in Vedic Mathematics.
One of my primary goals as an educator has been to remove the fear of math that so many students struggle with. To that end, I have become a renowned author and trainer in Vedic mathematics, a system of math that is based on ancient Indian texts and is known for its simplicity and ease of use. Through my work, I have given more than seventy sessions in various institutions and colleges. I also teach Vedic math online through interactive classes that are one hour long.
I am proud to say that I have been able to help many students overcome their fear of math. My classes are recognised by the International Accreditation Organization (IAO), and I provide demo classes and notes to all of my students. I am passionate about education and believe that every student has the potential to succeed if given the right tools and support.
