As I was in martial arts for last 22 years i took many camps of self defense around our nation. I was in Indian army for past 9 years and got my certification of physical trainer from India's reputed organization AFSMC pune which gave many Olympians to India. Glad that I was a part of fit India movement of our hon'ble prime minister shree narendra modi ji. I trained around 600+ students in rural and urban areas to achieve their goals in fitness in this 9 years of journey. Now I'm looking forward to continue this experience for our people who want a healthy life, join me for your dream physique and I'm sure you'll be surprised by the results.
