I got the opportunity to be a mentor for Montessori Teacher's Training as well.
Being the mother teacher, I have taught subjects including English (Phonetics), Hindi, Mathematics and EVS. I have proficiency in Jolly Phonics.
My students reflected great learning due to my compatible rapport with them. Besides this, my authorities, colleagues and students' parents always admired my teaching techniques and my dedication towards the profession. Having reflected the same, I bagged the Best Teacher Award in the professional domain.
My ability to always initiate and experiment with new ideas has given me special recognition which let me attend some of the very prestigious educational workshops, thereby enhancing my professional skills.
During the Covid crisis, when everything related to teaching and learning was uncertain, I came up with various interesting teaching-learning ideas which were profoundly beneficial for the students. Some of these included self-designed animated videos, interactive PPTs and demonstrative online activities. Most of these have now become an integral part of a child's effective learning.
Apart from this, I’ve been teaching students of Montessori to grade 5 as a freelancer for almost 5 years.
